E Apartment is a 150sqm renovation project. 

The client aimed to improve the existing layout by reducing the oversized living room, increasing storage capacity, and ensuring that all rooms have access to natural light.

To meet these requirements, the design positions all rooms adjacent to windows and introduces carefully designed storage cabinets that function both as spatial partitions and decorative backdrops. Living, dining, and kitchen areas are compacted into a single interconnected space, improving overall spatial efficiency.

A large glass window connects the living room and kitchen, allowing the kitchen to feel open and integrated rather than enclosed, and transforming it into a comfortable, social space where family members can interact while cooking, making coffee, or washing dishes.
